Polish bonds prices are down, despite a well-bid tender

optimism was overdone, further prices drops are likely Thursday," he adds.
Average yield on 2-year Treasury bonds is at 5.47% vs 5.43% late Tuesday, on
5-year at 5.83% vs 5.76%, on 10-year at 6.31% vs 6.26%. Negative newsflow out
of Latvia hurt the zloty and the region's other currencies. EUR/PLN trades at
4.5176 from 4.4801 late Tuesday. USD/PLN at 3.1827 from 3.1410.
